Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not entirely pleased, simply return the item within 10 days of receiving it for exchange or full refund. Refunds will be issued in the same method as the order was paid. All refunds will be for the full price less shipping & handling charges. The same thing applies to free shipping promotion, the refund will be for the full price less $10.00 our shipping cost. Your refund will be processed when the item(s) being returned have been received. In order for you to receive full credit, the items(s) must be unworn, undamaged and returned within 10 days of receiving it. Refunds will be made by crediting the original credit card account number used for the purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.

*Refunds are given only for online purchases.

* No returns on rings that have been resized.

* No returns on special ordered jewelry.

We ship via U.S. Postal Services or UPS and all items are insured. 

First Class International Shipping is not insured.
